My first digital scrapbook freebie!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I made my first brush set available for download as a freebie. You get 23 doodle brushes (graphics and words) and 1 .abr file. 

If you use the brushes in a layout or design feel free to post a link to your project! I'd love to see what you come up with.

My heart...

Just wanted to share a new sticker I created with my new heart brush. I just stamped the heart and filled it in with color. Then I applied one of the cool actions I downloaded from Atomic Cupcake that makes images into crayon drawings. How cute!

I'm done for the night but I'm going to play around more tomorrow and see what I come up with.

PSE fun

I've been having a lot of fun with my Photoshop Elements program and decided to try making a few brushes. I took a white piece of computer paper and a black sharpie and drew a bunch of doodles that I use to draw on my notebooks in highschool. I had this one main theme "All we need is love". The theme had a heart, a flower, music notes, a peace sign, a smiley face and 2 people (usually a boy and a girl). In HS that was all I needed... nature, good music, peace and quiet, my friends smiling at me and my family's love.

I'm not a big fan of my own handwriting, like many of you. But over the years I've had a few people tell me they like my handwriting so I thought I'd add a few words to my brush set. I used a thick chisel marker and a skiny black sharpie to write out all the things I needed.

So, here it is! My very first, original brush set and my first digiscrap freebie. Just click the picture to download.
